What gear in is the differential? I have a 96 Cobra solid rear. 3.73 FMS gear, stock differential. New Yukon 28 spline axles with less then 10k miles on them. was done because the stock drivers side axle started pitting where the bearing was and was creating a humming noise. New bearings and seals were also done.

Aside from the rear,. will need the cat back exhaust for the IRS also. I do not want to buy another cat back. My cat back is in near new condition with stainless tips.

Yes there is a difference in width between the 96 - 98 and the 99 - 04. But nothing that will effect ride or handling. I run 17x10.5 wheels out back with the quad shocks on and no clearance issues what so ever. If thats a problem then search for someone with a 99 - 04 GT/Mach1.
