I hate to say it but I have only seen cylinder misfire codes on one motor and it was blown. At first we were not sure what the problem was. But once we did a compression check we figured out that it was losing pressure in the very same cylinder it was codeing for. For time sake I would start by having that done. Then try everything else I know a very good person for cheap.
