3K isnt that bad of a deal for an 04. whats exactly wrong witht he sub-frame? sometimes you can weld them back if broken and if its tweeked, you can bent them back sorta if done correctly.
actually you can find them for $100 or cheaper on some of the race forums. the gsxr's are the cheapest bike to buy parts for especially used since there are so many out there plus you have the option of buying allot of parts from the 750 that fit the same.

disclaimer: I sell used tires (take-offs), these tires have been used at Jennings, Homestead, etc. (road courses for those that dont know) therefor these tires are more used up on the sides than in the middle,
