Funny how people make up the rules. The OP just ask who had the fastest Honda on the motor and on a turbo. In that case the fastest times I'm aware of is Neals(cxcivic's) 11.4 run on the motor and Steve's(NA200hp's) 10.3 turbo charged. Both of those cars are streetable and could easy drive out to the streetraces. Hell even Neal's second all-motor car has a quicker timeslip then both that have been mentioned. If you dont have a timeslip that is faster then those two you are not the fastest honda period.
