Dude i can think of 4 or 5 better , cheaper and easier options then doing that madness. Not to mention the fucking mufflers are WAY below where he raised the exhaust to. It seems 100% absurd to think that was done for anything but looks and being unique.

Oval mufflers and ovaling out and angle cutting your exhaust where it exits under the body will work fine.
