Yes you can, I did it to my truck. You need to use the 240 flywheel and clutch assy also. I have a spare 240 flyweel if needed, but the shifter is going to sit farther back and you will either need to vut the bench seat to clear the shifter or get bucket seats. It bolts on and even uses the stock transmission mount location. The driveshaft will need to be shortened, the front shaft needs to be shortened 3" so the carrier bearing will be in the stock position and another 4" out of the rear shaft if its a regular cab and not extended cab. Heres a pic of the inside of my truck, note the shifter location
