Wow, i didnt think anyone would mention Ozello. Eight miles of twisty goodness, i used to work at Pecks at the end, lol trying to make it to work on time made me learn that road like that back of my hand. Then theres Ft Island trail, not as twisty, more like fast sweepers for the most part, but still a fun road. Tallahasse by the railroad tracks can get pretty interesting too.
