Josh pmed....

here is my deal. I am not sure if mine is even bad. I have tested everything I can, but there is no RPM change at 5700 rpm. All I have left is to buy another one and hope that was the prob. So the cheeper the better............I am not a cheep ass, but for this I am lol.
