Default 2jz ge/gte bottom end and head ??

Just out of curiosity, I wanted to know the differences in the bottom ends of the 2jz GE and GTE. The only info that I could find is that the only differences that exist are the pistons (comp.) and oil squirters. Thus does this mean the bottom ends can handle the same amount of power and rpm? Are stock rotating internals forged?

Also I have read that the GTE head flows better. I would assume that the GE has smaller intake runners and there is probably a difference on the exhaust side of the GTE to help with turbo spool. Any specific flow numbers or anything else? I just ask these things so that I can be better educated about the 2jz, I don’t plan to do a swap or buy a supra or anything.
