what i was getting at is, as others are clarifying, is that you went through a shop to order you something. being as they "ARE" the middle man, you used their services in some shape or form so they were entitled to some compensation. whether or not their services were terrific, you did use them. all in all it worked out and you've got the product. but if you can avoid using a shop to install the suspension, you can save the headache down the line. have a good one
