Better off to pay it. From what I understand they recently just changed that law again, stating that if your stero is to loud they can impound your car. Then you will be responsible for all of the fees. After you pick up your car you have to have it inspected to show that you removed the system.
I think they are trying to pass that. It won't ever be done. How can they impound your car on a non moving violation. I have had over 10 of those tickets.
On 99.5 the other day some bitch was on there claiming that the bass causes listeners to become angry. She says cops are getting shot when they ask these "thugs" to turn it down.
This is why I hate people.
