ok I think I figured this out, and if so it should be worded as. What is the difference in a underdrive pulley that is for a turbo charged car and a non turbo charged car because he sees the underdrive pulley that he wants but it says non turbo or turbo.

Now if so then. If your car came with a stock turbo then it is turbo charged. If it didnt then it is non turbo. And if it was Non turbo and then you added a turbo to the stock non turbo engine it is still a non turbo engine in terms of buying parts.

As far as your second question about the turbo it seems as though your car is non turbo and you want to turbo charge it. In that case take it to a shop because obviously you dont know anything about anything and that would be a disaster. Or like we always say sell it and buy a stock turbo!
