i've had this car in the back of my head all day trying to figure out why you would stick a FMIC on a car connected to a topmount and go through all the trouble of cutting out the bumper, replacing the support, etc.. then it clicked! the previous owner had a perrin FMIC (which explains the sticker) and put everything back to stock to sell/trade, but didnt want to leave the gaping hole in the front bumper without the FMIC there. i should be a detective.
