Oh I think you are wrong here in many ways. The CR-X following goes across many age ranges from young to old. I meet people who are above my age that wish they never got rid of theirs, still have theirs and will not let it go, if they could find one in mint condition would buy it in a heart beat and are watching Honda to see when the next generation is to be released so that they can buy one.

Due to this car, the CRZ, being a "sports hybrid" it may be a higher cost than $20k that is why the dealers would like to see a non-hybrid go into production as well. Being that this is the new sports car that would be the next gen to the CR-X it is well expected to be the next tuner car of Honda and hybrids may not offer as many options.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
