Dude, lead weight in a shift knob isnt going to change the characteristics of a fucking car due to less than standard lb. Your a fucking moron. CF interior pieces are not made for weight reduction, unless we are talking about a 1 off dash mold using minimal bracing made of aluminum or even carbon reinforcements. A CF shift knob is actually a lead/aluminum plug wrapped in carbon weave. So it is sometimes heavier than a stock shifter.

I'll stop being a dick now. My 240 had a heavy fucking shift knob and i tried to drive it without the knob and id deffinatly seemed to shift more smooth and felt solid.
