low over lap and high lift is ideal for forced induction. if you can adjust your cam timing enough to pull the valves far enough apart so that they do not over lap very much you can use the larger cam. you might be able to trade your cam for a smaller one or sell it and buy a new one. stage 1 cams work great for boost as do the turbo specific ones. whoever is tuning your car will be the one who decides if you can use that cam or not. but my guess is you coud do harm to the motor if not set right.
