some red rsx cut her off when she turned into lowes and took off trying to get away so she chase him holding her horn and the guy must have got spooked cause he ran a bunch of stop signs and went around traffic on the wrong side of the road to get away then took off speeding down 301 heading south but there was a cop on the side of 301 so we called of the pursuit.
