my b16a on 10 psi was street tuned by vega made a little over 200hp went the dyno a gain of 20hp.
I bet it made more power because on the dyno you can tune ignition timing, where as on the street you cant really feel ignition timing, unless its like a 10 degree difference, that might be noticable
