Home made turbo kit will get you those numbers and is generally easier than a motor swap. If you had to do a swap, a DOHC ZC is a good cheap swap as is any SOHC VTEC motor. Probably the quickest and and cheapest way to upgrade your dx motor is a MPFI swap and put a SOHC VTEC head on it.
