I'm looking for a pair of 6.5" speakers for under $30.

I'm looking for at least 2-way speakers with a frequency range of at least 20k hz on the high end and a signal to noise ratio of at least 90db.

I also have two pairs of 6x9s that I can trade: a pair of Sony Xplods and a pair of JVCs.
