i dissagree, not everyone will just pull up next to someone else that has a modded car and race. i never pull up next to someone and rev or anything like that. most of the time im justlooking at there car and they think i wanna race. but if they pull up to me and wanna race me most of the time i will (depends on the area). but i live in a smaller area with less modded cars so maybe im different
it doesnt matter though, you chose to street race its not like he said race me or i will shoot you. he didnt force you to race him you chose to on your own free will, which is the whole point.
