yea it needs 3 and fouth but i have another ys1 tranny that you can use to rebuild the 3 and 4th cause its missing first.Other than that it needs paint samll body work like some dents and stuff not to bad umm thats it and its leaking a little oil from the rear main but i have a brand new one and when somone changes that tranny they can pop that thing in miles are like 160,000 but the motor is unknown
