The HKS has no dump for the wastegate. The flange is a plate design just like the factory pipe. Sure its 3" but is aluminized steel (not stainless) and has no flex to allow movement.

I would not waste my time with the HKS unit. We sold one and never reordered any more.

Perrin products are nice, very well made. We used to sell them.
