172,000 miles on an 11 year old car is nothing. This guy is one of my best buds and I can assure you he has babied this thing. It is a rare occasion he even gets on it. I actually rage on him all the time because he has this car and never gets on it.

You cant say it is "Mint" but if it was it prob wouldnt be attainable.
You can however say that there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong with it.
What he is asking is very very reasonable
