mostly it can be done, but its a bitch and will take way longer than a month to be pulled off. you have to have an inspecter from the dmv go over your mods and everything must have papers showing where you bought it and stuff.


easiest way is to order a kit, but they are over priced for what you get. but make getting thru the dmv easier because you have proof its been done before.


just buy a scooter man. they are cheap as hell.
