They are not held together by zipties.. They actually go inside the weak rubber mount and make it like a solid motor mount. They actually make a HUGE difference and you can definitely tell. My car will vibrate like a mother fucker, but hopefully it will stop my wheel hop.

And they are not OEM replacements (Energy sus.), they are inserts (they don't make OEM inserts) and they are polyurethane.
