this is the 200ci straight six that came in my 1966 mustang, while i had it out to rebuild it i decided to modify the intake (which is cast to the head). i didnt feel like paying $400 for the offy adapter, or dealing with the vacuum leaks. and i think mine looks better anyways.


test fitting the 1.5" exhaust tube, a 2" hole saw was the right size.


$1.88 for the pipe


cleaning it up for welding.


back from machine shop.

















got the flanges off ebay for $17.








epoxy putty to make it smooth.
