but judging by the reviews this place has gotten, it wouldnt matter what it costs, as the leasing company appears to be cold and uncaring.

Apparently you have never lived there John. My friend lived there and couldnt wait to move out. $1100 for a 3/2 is pretty Cheap. I cant even get a studio in channelside for less than $1200
