Well I'm no artist but... With this picture I would like my user name to replace the license plate numbers in the same dark green as the moderator user title. Some lighting filters would be cool, to sort of give a distorted world type of look. The TR logo can be added in the bottom right corner into the asphalt as either a shadow or an oil stain. Finally, surround the sig with a black border.
