I think CycleWorld and other internet sites have step by step instructions on performing this maintenance. This is a wear item it off road bike just like a chain and sprocket. Its nice if you know how to do stuff like that yourself. Are you still located in MacDill? I know they have a nice shop and lots of knowldgable certified mechanics there right>
