Upper control arm bolt on my 88 Supra broke when I was 16. I was working at the junk yard and the closest thing I could find to match was a steering rack rod off of a Del Sol... I chopped it off, welded a nut on the end to act as a stop, and slapped it on the car. I believe it's still driving to this day with that effin thing

I wish I would have taken pictures of it... it was super ghetto
