I've been going to town with a DMM like you wouldn't believe.
The best I can tell is that when I turn my key to on, my EGI relay starts buzzing until it pops the ignition switch fuse...unless I jump it with a wire (fuses are $3 each) in which case it gets so hot shit starts melting and would probably start a small fire lol. When I turn my key to on, the load side of the ignition switch fuseable link grounds. Can't find where/ why. I've been through the entire lower engine harness and traced all the wires back to the harness where it goes into the fender.
