Man you could have just asked me.. I've been through a lot of cams.. The real question is are you planning on getting gears.. If not I would get the 224 cam and tuning.. That cam rides out. If you are looking for power and smooth I would go with a smaller cam off the XE-R lobes.. My cam idles fine, but you will need tuning. Plus, I want to keep you below me.. If you are considering a SC'd ride.. I would go TR220...
