Should be on the driver side of the cylinder head. Held on to the head by 2 bolts I beleive they are 10mm. Remove those 2 bolts then there are 2 other bolts holding the egr tube that runs from the valve to the intake manifold. I beleive those are 5/16 bolts, remove them. Install in reverse order.

It might actually be easier to remove the egr tube bolts first. Have fun.
