What do you mean cold air intake? Did you get rid of the Ram Air?

I would do a brake upgrade on it. The 10.9 Inch rotors with single piston calipers up front would be good if the car were a toyota camry ... but for a performance car they are aweful. Do that first. 20-30 horses in mods you barely feel... but brake up grades and suspension upgrades are very noticeable.

Put some long tubes on the car also. It lightens up the front and also will allow another 25-35 horses or so with your current catback set up. You'll need a custom Y-pipe also. You'll have to buy after market highflow cats too.
You dont have to put cats but you'll smell like gas at stop lights and your car might be louder than what you want. 2 High Flow cats will allow up to about 400 horses before you lose any horsepower. You need 2cfm to support 1 horsepower. There after you'll lose about 10% of any additional horsepower. Also the header bolts are often a pain in the ass. Locking bolts dont work because the bolt has to travel 1/2 a turn before it locks against the header... 1/2 a turn can cause a header leak. I'd use some ARP bolts with a locking washer.. You cant tighten them too much or you'll strip the threads in the head.

At the same time you do the headers, add a 160 degree thermostat and have the PCM reprogrammed for the headers/160stat/180degree fan settings. This way your engine will run cool..

Do the throttle body bypass if you havent done this already. costs 4 bucks or so.
CAGS skip shift mod if you have a 6 speed.

I would do these mods first..
