could build something decent for that much, but I highly doubt that it would have technology like bonded honeycomb floorpan, more than 1G of cornering force and fit and finish of a Saab, let alone be new.
IMHO, the thing looks flippin sweet. Ariel atom is cool too, but there is really nothing to that car. At least with the Javan you get some sort of "interior"
