rolling on the throttle isnt going to wheelie easier,but rather not wheelie at all. when you roll on it will excellerate properly.

p.s sounds like a Vtwin the make a ton of torque early in the rpm and at peak rpm will land you on your back.

the best way to learn in my opinion is to "rock it up", you quickly blip the throttle to load up the front suspension and up she comes some times slowly sometimes not.
