I think if a pig in a non Ford or Chrysler car tried pulling me over I'd book it and after I get pit'd into a wall I'd bring videos from youtube of private owned vehicles with similar police lighting systems in and just say I was scared it was some crazy guy trying to rape me. Not sure I'd get to far but hell, it'd be a story to tell when I get out of jail.
