Better all around. I run z32tt rims or 15 in. x 10 in. welds. Twitchy on turns has little to do with rim size.
1. less Rotating mass
2. less weight
3. more clearance
4. more tire sizes
5. less tire cost
these are just some of the many advantages to running 15's.
