When you swap the plugs check to make sure the valve covers aren't leaking around the plug holes.

Also be sure to check out the rear main real well before popping the new flywheel on.

I'd say streetlite. OEM subaru flywheels are so heavy from the factory you'll feel like it's an incredible difference no matter what.
