I loved my Tokico Blues, but I had H&R Springs with them. All the S14 guys used to complain that the blues would blow out to fast on eibachs because they are low and softer than some of the other springs.......Unfortunately none of that may matter as I believe your working on an S13 and it may be different......G/L.
