Kumar, you should keep your powersteering. Incase you do ever sell you car thats a plus on your side. If you want you can always remove the belt and you will see a little better response from the motor but atleast you can put the belt back on after youve had your fun.

Removing it completely I dont think you should. Once its gone! Its gone!
