Pat, I'll give you a call - thanks for looking out bro; much appreciated. I know the housing market still isn't cheap - but it's definitely better than what it has been of most recent months/years. With that being said, I've already PM'd Scott asking for some housing advice. Even though with my R.E. License I can represent myself - I don't necessarily think/feel it would be in my (our) best interest that I represent us as both the buyer and agent; much less the father-to-be... So keep your fingers crossed and ears low to the ground. Keep me in mind if you hear of any smoking deals

Tommy, I know that as of right now - my lady does NOT want me to part with Franky. I've just spent another good amount of coin in getting the car's chassis work started... and she knows how much that car means to me - especially to have finished by the time my son/daughter comes of age; to enjoy it with them. Having said that, I'm going to begin (Emotionally) trying to cope with having to part ways with it. That way if it becomes a necessity financially; I'm already emotionally ready to make that decision.
