Why not just get a non turbo 1g tb and ditch having a elbow. The n/ts i believe are slightly bigger, and air will flow smoother that way, and all you need is to have the ic piping bend maybe 45 degs towards it and attach a good coupler on it with tbolt clamps and voila.
