ATTN: Official UP/Down Rules to be followed by all who operate a motor vehicle.

Rule 1) 4X4 Trucks/SUV's = UP
Rule 2) 2WD Trucks/SUV's = (two choices) either turn into 4X4 and proced w/ rule 1
OR
DOWN
Rule 3) 2WD Cars/Vans = Same (lame) OR DOWN
Rule 4) AWD Cars/Vans = Same [Rally style] or DOWN, but not too much (dumb)
