noone in there right mind would pay that amount for that bike. for 16000 they could get a damn 1000 brand new off the floor with money left for mods. the retail value for that bike new i believe is $9,599...
someone correct me if im wrong.
you have to realize that you are not going to get the money back that you spent on your mods and that right when you drove your bike away from the dealer you instantly lost thousands of dollars on the resale value.
i would say a reasonable asking price for your bike would be 8-9K if thats including all the warranties etc... but you couldnt ask that anyways because you owe 13K and are upside down on it.

maybe somebody would be willing to take over you payments but goodluck with that.

another thing... you shouldnt put that the bike goes 180mph easy... that insinuates that you in turn have gone that fast. in my opinion if anyone has a sport bike and says they havent hit a top speed or tried to wheel or even accidentally got it up is lying.... thats what we get them for but it might help your sale if people dont think you beat on it all the time.
