what have you done to it? why does it need a tune?

I have a 99 ls1 trans am and after headers/full exhaust work I took it to my buddy to have it tuned, he uses EFI Live and he really knows what he's doing..

he has a blown 454 ci vette with over 1750 HP and it's streetable, very fun car
