How about somehow tying a budget into the series? Maybe have a motor claim rule like they do in local level circle track races. This way it makes Richy Rich think twice about putting a ba-jillion $$$ into his entry level motor, if someone in the bottom half of the field could claim it for $500. Make it so money is not the number one thing separating the racers from each other

I thought this same thing but, didnt know exactly how it worked. But this wouldnt work for the aftermarket blocked cars.... so much for a budget class
