For anyone who is interested in this exceptionally clean car, you should go see it and make him an offer. I do not believe he is looking to get 5500 for it, but he would NOT get it if he didn't ask. That's where the "OBO" come's in. If you see this car you will make an offer.

I have seen this car since 1999 and have badgered him to sell it to me constantly since then. He's asking a lot of cheese for it, but I am sure it can be had for less. Trust me, i'm gonna try it
