no the GTi's arent fully boosting untill 3k, most other factory turbo cars are boosting untill over 4k, Iwas just making fun of what joe said oh and you can boost at idle, my friend has the autopower antilag system on his wrx, he can build 1 bar of boost at idol, but thats a different story all together
